  Prepare the Vessel

  Place your unwanted attire back in its original packaging, ensuring it is clean and free of any elderberry scents or medieval grime.

  The Great Dispatch

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and hand it over to your local courier—no swallows (African or European) required for transport.

• 4.
  The Final Reckoning

  Once our knights have inspected the goods, we will issue your refund or dispatch your replacement faster than you can say 'Ni!'
